Refund & Return Policy
At Black Comb, every artwork is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, all purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Buyer's remorse
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at blackcombinc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
